The Enterprise plan is Elai's top-tier subscription, built for organizations that need unlimited team access, advanced security, and dedicated support alongside the full range of Elai's video creation features. It's designed for teams managing video content across multiple departments, where collaboration, brand consistency, and administrative control matter as much as the video output itself.

On this plan, workspaces come with unlimited user licences, along with access to every premium feature Elai offers, including 150+ premium avatars and three custom avatars with cloned voices. It also includes Single Sign-On, a full Brand Kit, SCORM export, and priority support with a dedicated account manager.

User Roles and Access Management

Enterprise workspaces support five user roles: Admin, User, Editor, Reviewer, and Locked. Each role controls what a team member can see and do within the workspace, from full administrative access down to view-only access for a single video. Single Sign-On is also available on this plan, allowing your organization to manage workspace access through its existing identity provider.

For organizations running multiple workspaces, Organization Settings provide a layer of control above individual workspaces, letting Admins manage users, billing, and security settings across the entire organization rather than one workspace at a time.

Support and Onboarding

Every Enterprise workspace includes a dedicated account manager along with priority email support. New workspaces receive a guided onboarding session, and teams have ongoing access to on-demand training sessions as needed.

Enterprise users also get full access to Elai Academy, which includes courses and video tutorials covering the platform from setup through advanced use. The plan includes a full commercial licence, so video output can be used freely across your organization's external and internal channels.
