Yes, this option is available on Elai Advanced and Custom Corporate Plans.
You can invite 3 users for collaboration on Advanced Plan and 5 users on Custom Corporate Plan.
To invite a user, go to your Workspace settings. Then click on "Invite User" button.
After that type the name and email of the user and select a role for them.
Please note that you cannot invite the user whose email address is already registered in the system. You can ask the person that you want to invite to delete the old account in Elai, or to provide you with the alternate email address.
Description of the roles:
- locked: can't navigate the app, and is able to see one specific video page and its preview page. You need to redirect such users to a specific video page. Has no access to SSO, billing, API keys. The role is used for deep intergrations.
- reviewer: can browse, review and comment videos and templates, but cannot edit and render projects. Has no access to SSO, billing, API keys.
- editor: can browse, review, edit and comment videos and templates, but cannot render projects. Has no access to SSO, billing, API keys.
- user: can browse, review, edit and comment videos and templates and render projects. Can do everything except for admin actions (SSO, billing, API keys).
- admin: full access to the available features and actions.
