Elai Workspace

With Elai Enterprise subscription you can create multiple workspaces, which allows you to keep various projects in different places. Users from one workspace will not have access to projects and folders from the other workspace unless you invite them there. You can invite the same user to different workspaces.


When you register you have only one workspace. If your subscription allows you to create more, here is how to do it:


1. Click on your account name on the left bar --> click on Add workspace.



2. Name the workspace and click Continue.

3. Add the workspace members and assign their roles. This step is optional, you may skip it and invite the team members later:



4. Click Create.


That's it, you will receive the notification that the workspace has been created successfully. You can switch between the workspace by clicking on the workspace button (name of the workspace on the left bar):



You can always edit the roles, and add or remove the members in the Workspace settings. Here is the article that provides more details about the Workspace settings and the roles: Workspace settings.
